Experience the world of music and dance with your child through song, rhythm, and movement that will forever give you a memory to cherish.

Children will develop strength and coordination through a series of stretching, eye hand coordination, and controlled movement exercises that’s fun to do with mommy. Each activity is designed to promote confidence in jumping, climbing, motor skills and balance.  Additionally the “Mommy and Me” classes are an excellent avenue for pre and postpartum excersise to help firm up and have fun at the same time.  We focus on the areas of the body that will improve not only your self-esteem, but build a healthy relationship through dance with your child!
