Thank you for registering online at Just Dance Academy. Please fill out the below registration information. At the bottom of the registration is a section for photo identification. This section is provided for you to upload primary photo of your student and parent / guardian. These photos will only be used internally for identification of persons authorized to pick up a child or student.

Registration Fee $40.00 (one time annual fee)

For multiple students from same family, please submit a seperate registration form for each student.
